What is updating
Four sources are read at page load and two datasets are baked at build. This board reports which is which, and what each one last said.

Reading the board
Three states, marked on every panel.
Every panel on this page carries one of three marks, and the mark tells you where its number came from. Read at page load means the figure was fetched from the publishing body when this page opened, and the timestamp beside it is the one the source attached, not the time the page rendered.
Baked at build means the figure was aggregated when the site was last built. Those sources publish monthly — the vehicle quota exercises, the resale housing register — so the build stamp and the source stamp describe the same state of the world.
No open feed means the panel is empty and says what it needs. Rail line status is published only through an authenticated operator interface, and no keyless endpoint was found for a Singapore dollar rate, so both panels name the gap. The log below follows the same rule: each line exists because a request returned, and a source that did not answer is shown as a source that did not answer.
